3. Live Support Chat Cookies (Functional)

Purpose: Scribe Songs uses Crisp to provide live chat support. Crisp stores a session identifier so your support conversation can be maintained across page loads and revisits. This allows our team to follow up on support requests.
When set: When you visit any page where the Crisp chat widget is active.
Retention: Up to 6 months (Crisp session identifier).

What We Do Not Use

Advertising or remarketing cookies
Third-party analytics or tracking cookies (e.g. Google Analytics)
Social media tracking pixels
Any cookie that tracks you across websites you did not visit on scribesongs.com
